3. The combination with coumarin drugs may enhance the effect of coumarin drugs. The mechanism may be an imbalance of intestinal flora resulting in inhibition of vitamin K synthesis.



4. Combined with warfarin, prothrombin time can be extended.



5. Combination with chloramphenicol may produce mutual antagonistic effects.

7. Colic acid can increase the antibacterial activity of this product against certain gram-negative bacilli that are resistant to coxacylase.
