Clopidogrel is more effective than aspirin in preventing platelet aggregation

Clopidogrel does not replace aspirin for secondary prevention. At the end of DAPT treatment after PCI, clopidogrel should be discontinued in the process of switching from dual antiplatelet to single-drug antiplatelet therapy. Continue long-term antiplatelet therapy with aspirin alone. Unless there is aspirin intolerance, aspirin contraindication (gastric ulcer, gastric hemorrhage, etc.) or definite aspirin resistance, secondary prevention can only be achieved by replacing aspirin with clopidogrel under the guidance of physicians.
