Ceftriaxone Sodium Drug Interactions
Dec 03, 2018

When used together with aminoglycoside drugs, it has synergistic antibacterial effect, but may aggravate renal damage at the same time. Combined with calcium or calcium-containing products, this product may lead to adverse events with fatal results. This product can affect the metabolism of ethanol, increase the concentration of acetaldehyde in blood, and lead to dithiolome-like reaction. Propion does not affect the elimination of this product. In vitro experiments showed that chloramphenicol combined with ceftriaxone produced antagonism.
