1. Increases nephrotoxicity when combined with other cephalosporins, strong diuretics (such as furosemide, etalic acid, bumetanide, etc.), polymyxins, aminoglycoside antibiotics and vancomycin Possible.

2. In combination with probenecid, aspirin, and carbamazepine, the blood concentration of cefixime can be increased; if necessary, the concentration of carbamazepine should be monitored.

3. In combination with coumarins, it may enhance the action of coumarins. The mechanism may result in inhibition of vitamin K synthesis by intestinal flora imbalance.

4. In combination with warfarin, prothrombin time can be prolonged.

5. In combination with chloramphenicol, it may cause mutual antagonism.

6. Drug interactions with multiple drugs, if you take other drugs at the same time, please consult a physician or pharmacist.

7. Clavulanic acid can increase the antibacterial activity of this product against certain Gram-negative bacilli which are resistant to β-lactamase production.
